How do I return an item?
To return a product at www.AVdemand.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@AVdemand.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return: Customer name Invoice number Item serial number(s) Nature of the problem
In general, AVdemand accepts returns on merchandise from customers within 30 days. However, AVdemand reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following: Future product purchases A full cash refund Original shipping charges are not refundable upon return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to AVdemand on returned items, and AVdemand will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at AVdemand’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
